GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ After a Sunday night storm, Rochester International Airport used plows and sweeper trucks through Monday afternoon on Dec. 29 to clear runways — even though American Airlines and Delta cancelled flights, citing reasons other than runway conditions.
