- ➤ The Salvation Army announced that matching donations from Mayo Clinic and an anonymous donor helped the red kettle campaign surpass its $365,000 goal in Olmsted County. The funds will support local healthcare, housing, meals and youth programs. KIMT
- ➤ Yesterday, at Silver Lake Memorial, the Rochester Fire Department held a ceremony to remember firefighters Ambrose Riley and Stanley O'Brien—who died while trying to save a child more than 70 years ago.
