- ➤ City officials say traffic restrictions on North Broadway Ave. will remain in effect into January due to reconstruction delays and winter weather preventing concrete pours. Work on the roadway between the Silver Lake Bridge and Elton Hills Dr. includes a southbound lane closure scheduled to finish Jan. 16. KROC
