  • Rochester Public Library is hosting a grand opening today for its new nature-themed baby play area with a Baby Gym at 10:30 a.m.—Mayor Kim Norton will lead a ribbon-cutting at 10:45 a.m. The play area, funded by the Library Foundation and a Minnesota Energy Resources grant, offers a safe space for early learning and play.  KROC
