- ➤ One of the Gutierrez brothers charged in connection with the fatal Chick-fil-A parking lot shooting went before a judge in Olmsted County as victim impact statements were read—his sentencing is scheduled for August 19th. KTTC
- ➤ Rochester police arrested 45-year-old Ryan Liskow—described as homeless—on Tuesday at 2:30 p.m. after he reportedly threatened a bomb at the Wells Fargo bank branch on 3360 55th St. Northwest, and no explosive was found. KROC
- ➤ A 45-year-old man experiencing homelessness was charged with felony threats of violence after he held a shoebox near a Wells Fargo bank on Tuesday afternoon in Rochester—police said the box did not contain any explosives. KTTC
- ➤ Rochester police arrested Ryan Liskow, a 45-year-old homeless man, for threatening a bomb at the Wells Fargo branch on 55th St. Northwest Tuesday at 2:30 p.m.—officers found no explosives in the shoebox he carried. KROC-AM

- ➤ The Olmsted County Board approved three contracts (worth over $39 million) for a new 80,000-square-foot exhibition center at Graham Park in Rochester; groundbreaking will occur in a few weeks and the facility (designed for trade and livestock shows and seating about 1,500) is set to be ready by early 2027.
