ACCIDENTS NEWS
- ➤ On Monday, July 14 — a man died from an overdose at his home on 7th Ave. SE — officers responded at 8:30 p.m. and attempted life-saving measures but could not revive him. KTTC
CRIME NEWS
- ➤ On Monday night, a 17-year-old from Rochester was arrested (after officers arrived at 1st Street Ramp at 8 p.m.) for a gun assault that hurt a 15-year-old (taken to a hospital) while police searched for two others. KTTC
- ➤ Rochester police say an unresponsive man was found dead Monday night in a home on the 800 block of 7th Ave in southeast Rochester — first responders gave him aid but he was pronounced dead. KROC-AM
ENVIRONMENT NEWS
- ➤ Kids, schools, and community groups have adopted 285 storm drains in the past 12 months as part of the Adopt-A-Drain program that started in 2019 — the effort helps reduce floods and keep water resources clean. KTTC
