On Thursday afternoon near 2:30 p.m., 62-year-old Kenneth Edward Tlougan lost control of his motorcycle while trying to avoid a minivan at the intersection of Hwy.

63 and Hwy. 16 (about 25 miles south of Rochester) and was pronounced dead at the scene.
