- ➤ Midwest Bible Baptist Church is celebrating the grand re-opening of its new building on Bandel Road NW in Rochester today at 10:30 a.m.—the church spent two years building and raised nearly $2 million to add seven new classrooms for its community programs. KTTC

- ➤ Forest Lake truck driver Jim Mark Gregoire, 52, was taken to St. Mary’s Hospital in Rochester after his semi struck multiple cows on Hwy 16 near Preston shortly before 4:30 a.m.—State Patrol said he was the only person in the vehicle and his injuries were not life-threatening. KROC
- ➤ Driver Jim Mark Gregoire (52, from Forest Lake) crashed his 1998 Volvo semi into cows near mile marker 230 on Highway 16 just before 4:30 a.m. Saturday and was taken to St. Marys Hospital in Rochester with non-life threatening injuries (Preston Fire and Lanesboro EMS assisted). KIMT

- ➤ Goldfish Swim School will open an indoor pool at Miracle Mile Shopping Center this summer—designed for lessons, birthday parties, and family swim times for children aged 4 months to 12 years—and the facility will serve up to 1,000 students per week when it opens to the public during the week of August 19 after construction wraps up in late July.
