- ➤ The Fillmore County Sheriff’s Office identified Donald Norval Anderson, a 90-year-old man who died in a house fire in LeRoy early Saturday morning—his 46-year-old wife jumped from a window and was treated at St. Mary’s Hospital, and one dog was also found inside—while the fire investigation remains ongoing. - ➤ An 18-year-old teen was charged with felony threats, gross misdemeanor carrying a BB gun in public, and misdemeanor assault after he allegedly shot a girl in the face near Silver Lake Park during Memorial Day weekend—police arrested him at his home and the victim received treatment to remove the lodged BBs. - ➤ Organizers released the schedule for Rochesterfest 2025, which will run from June 21 to June 29 at Soldier's Field with the theme 'Ignite Your Spark.'
