- ➤ Rochester man Jon Michael Ask, 46, was sentenced to five years in federal prison after a 2023 home search seized 30,000 fentanyl pills amid a drug trafficking investigation—he admitted to conspiring to distribute fentanyl and cocaine and will serve four years of supervised release. KROC-AM

- ➤ An event in downtown Rochester will mark the 10-year anniversary of the Destination Medical Center initiative today at the Hilton Hotel—former Governor Mark Dayton, former Mayo Clinic CEO Dr. John Noseworthy, and Mayor Kim Norton will speak about the program’s role in driving over $1.8 billion in private investment and laying the groundwork for a $5 billion clinic expansion downtown.
