A Twin Cities woman, 38-year-old Ashley Lynae Bullard, was charged with second-degree drug possession, two counts of fifth-degree drug possession and a misdemeanor driving charge when a Goodhue County deputy found her slumped over in an SUV at the roundabout on East White Bridge Rd. and Wazuweeta Rd. near Pine Island on March 22 before 9:30 a.m. and a search turned up meth, 82 Amphetamine and Dextroamphetamine pills, 78 Xanax pills, 22 Vyvanse capsules and a broken meth pipe.
