CRIME NEWS
- ➤ Officers responded to reports of gunfire around 10:00 p.m. on Sunday night in northwest Rochester and found an occupied vehicle with five people that was hit by gunfire—no injuries were reported and no arrests have been made as the investigation continues. KROC-AM
- ➤ Rochester man Kevyn Bradley Heath pleaded guilty on Monday to first degree criminal sexual conduct after assaulting a victim under 14 in 2023 and received a 14-year state prison sentence to be served concurrently with a 21-year federal term for producing and distributing child pornography through social media between November 19, 2023 and December 31, 2023, and he must register as a predatory offender for 10 years after release.
