- ➤ Rochester Public Utilities will host a family-friendly Arbor Day celebration with tree plantings, giveaways, and learning stations at McQuillan Field Park on April 24 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. If weather is poor, the event will move to the RCTC campus — residents are urged to call 811 before digging.
