Rochester will change its Fourth Fest approach this July 4th; the city will not host the festival at Soldiers Field because of budget and staffing concerns — instead, it will broadcast music and community messages while the Rochester Community Band performs at Cascade Lake Park.

Rochester Public Music is seeking food and beverage vendors with an Olmsted County food license for the FORWARD Park Concert series (applications due by Friday, April 10).
