- ➤ The NAACP Rochester Branch is accepting applications for its RISE for Youth program—developed in collaboration with Mayo Clinic to help high school and college students gain leadership skills in healthcare. - ➤ The City Council approved a contract for a new Park & Ride on North Broadway next to the Rochester Recreation Center to replace the current facility. Construction will begin in March and the facility — featuring 200 parking spaces, restrooms, and a transit stop — will open in January 2027. KTTC
