GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ State regulators approved a power transmission project with Xcel Energy, Rochester Public Utilities, Southern Minnesota Municipal Power Agency, and Dairyland, featuring a 345 kV line from Mankato to Kellogg and a 161 kV line near Rochester.
