- ➤ Rochester City Council will review a $5 million plan to fully restore the historic Château Theater next week (with a projected reopening in late 2027); the plan calls for a café, catering facilities, and VIP amenities to boost capacity to over 900 people. KROC

HEALTH NEWS
- ➤ The Mayo Clinic Blood Donor Program is urging Rochester residents to donate blood to boost the Type O supply after holiday pauses. Donations are accepted Monday-Friday at the Downtown site in the Hilton Building at 210 2nd Street SW and the Northwest site at 4115 West Frontage Road. KIMT
